What credit cards do you accept?
Learn to Read Kids Club by Creative Teaching Press accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, if you are placing an order from the U.S. or Canada, we accept checks and money orders (in U.S. Dollars). International orders must be paid with a credit card. Please provide the following information with your payment:

Can I pay with a purchase order?
Yes, but not on our website. All purchase orders need to be faxed or mailed to Creative Teaching Press at the above address. Purchase orders also cannot be accepted over the phone. Click here for more information.

Is there an order form I can download?

What are my shipping charges?*
Learn to Read by Creative Teaching Press’ domestic and international shipping and handling rates are based on the total weight of the shipment (including packaging materials), unless you are ordering the Intro Program, Summer Series, or Year-Long Series. Those three items have fixed shipping rates. You will see your order's shipping total before submitting the order for processing.

Please Note:
Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
If your order is returned to CTP due to an incorrect address, school, or building closure, you may be assessed additional shipping charges.

*A Note About Customs: Your country's Customs Department may apply additional customs charges, duties, and other fees for importation into your country. These charges are not created by or paid to Learn to Read by Creative Teaching Press and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for customers refusing delivery on orders due to customs charges.

What is the sales tax*?
We collect tax based upon the “ship to” address. If you are shipping to one of the following states, sales tax will be added to your order (excluding shipping charges where applicable):

California (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Connecticut (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Georgia
Indiana (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
North Carolina
Texas (shipping/freight charges are taxable)
Washington (shipping/freight charges are taxable)

Can I place a tax-exempt order on your website?
Tax-exempt orders cannot be placed online. Additionally, we cannot credit taxes from online orders. Please fax or mail your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with Tax ID number in with your order to CTP. Click here for more information.

Does CTP offer express delivery?
Yes. CTP offers the following:
Expedited: U.S. Only. 5-7 business days for delivery.
2nd Day: Continental U.S. only. Order must be received before 11 a.m. Monday-Friday delivery. E.g. if an order is placed on Friday, you will receive it Tuesday.)
Next Day: Continental U.S. only: Order must be placed before 11 a.m. Monday-Friday delivery. (E.g. if an order is placed on Friday, you will receive it Monday.)
Please note: Express delivery is not available for the Intro Program, Summer Series, or Year-Long Series.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Domestic Orders: Allow 7 – 14 business days for delivery.
International Orders: Allow 14 – 28 business days for delivery.
Series products (Intro Program, Summer Series, or Year-Long Series.) will be shipped according to selected ship dates and series criteria (bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, etc.)

Does Learn to Read by Creative Teaching Press accept international or military orders?
Learn to Read by Creative Teaching Press accepts online orders from more than 100 countries! If you cannot find your country on our list, Download the International Order Form that can be faxed or mailed in.
Please note: International orders must be paid for via credit card. CTP accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept international currency or U.S. funds from international banks.
Military Orders sent to APO or FPO addresses will be sent Parcel Post.

OUR GUARANTEE:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with any product you purchased from Creative Teaching Press, please notify us within 30 days, and we will replace your merchandise or refund your money, less shipping and handling.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Fill out and return the blue Return Form included with your order in your return package.

How do I return merchandise?*

Fill out the blue Return Form included with your order and return it with your package.

Please note: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. *All sales are final on downloadable products. No refunds or exchanges.

What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing items*?
Call Customer Service at (800) 287-2279/+1-714-895-5047, Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT. Please have your packing slip available.
*Tip: If possible, sign for the package as “damaged upon receipt” from the courier.

Do CTP products comply with the Consumer Products Safety Information Act of 2008 (CPSIA 2008)?
Yes, all of CTP’s products are in compliance with CPSIA 2008. Please reference this CPSIA Compliance by Product Group document for further information. For more information about the Act please go to www.cpsc.gov

How do I search for a product?
To find a product, type in the item number or a key word that describes the product.

How can I be removed from the mailing list?
E-mail your request to customer.service@creativeteaching.com To ensure we have all the information we need for removal, please provide the full name and address as it appears on the mailing label.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Learn to Read by Creative Teaching Press currently does not offer gift certificates.
